Ordering


Once you have chosen a luggage rack and are ready to place an order, please email sales@classicbootracks.co.uk 

You will need to include the part number or rack required, details of the make, model and year of your car, and the delivery address in order for us to calculate the shipping cost.

When you are ready to proceed with the order, we will email an invoice which shows the total amount due, and invites you to the secure Stripe payment page, where you will be able to pay either by credit or debit card. Alternatively you may request our bank details for a direct BACS or IBAN bank transfer if preferred.

We do not have access to your credit or debit card details, this information is encrypted and processed via secure servers at Stripe.

When you pay for your order by card, you will be connected to Stripe's secure servers and the secure padlock will appear in your browser window. 

Once your order has been verified, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.  If you already have a Stripe account your card details should be in their records.  If you do not, your card details will have to be given.

When paying by card, we can only ship to a delivery address that is the same as the cardholder's billing address. Orders or payments received without address confirmation will be reversed, and a refund will be made through Stripe.

Your luggage rack will be dispatched by the next working day, and you will receive notification of this by email or SMS text. 

Alternatively, UK customers may make a payment by personal cheque or make a payment by bank transfer through the BACS or "fast payments" system. International customers may make a direct payment by requesting our BIC and IBAN details.  Please contact us for further details. 

Please note that if payment is made by cheque, we will be unable to process your order until we have received cleared funds. We will ship to any worldwide address when payment has been made by cheque or bank transfer. 

Please do not send cash. 

UK RETURNS POLICY

We accept cancellations in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.  If you are a private customer and you wish to cancel your order, you may do so up to fourteen calendar days after receipt.  You must contact us, preferably by e-mail, to request a returns authorisation number (R.A.N.).    Please include the R.A.N. within the return package.   The returned goods must be complete and in unused condition.   On receipt we will refund the purchase price in full, but please note that we do not reimburse the return shipping/insurance costs.
