• Once you have chosen a luggage rack and wish to place an order, please email sales@classicbootracks.co.uk
  • stating the part number and your location.
  • If you are unsure about which model fits your car and need assistance, please email us at info@classicbootracks.co.uk   You will need to include the details of the make, model and year of your car, and overseas customers also need to include the delivery address in order for us to calculate the shipping cost.   
  • We will then email you an invoice which shows the total amount due, and invites you to the secure PayPal payment page.  There you will be able to pay either by credit card or debit card.   Alternatively you may request our bank details for a BACS or IBAN direct bank transfer.
  • We do not have access to your credit or debit card details, this information is encrypted and processed via secure servers at PayPal.
  • When you pay for your order by card, you will be connected to PayPal's secure servers at which point the secure padlock will appear in your browser window. 
  • Once your order has been verified, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.   If you already have a PayPal account your card details should be in their records.    If you do not, your card details may have to be given again.
  • We can only ship to addresses that have been confirmed or verified by PayPal.    Orders or payments received without PayPal address confirmation will be reversed, and a refund will be made through PayPal.
  • Your luggage rack will be dispatched by the next working day, and you will receive notification of this by email or SMS text. 
  • Alternatively, UK customers may make a payment by personal cheque or make a payment by bank transfer through the BACS or "fast payments" system.    International customers may make a direct payment by requesting our BIC and IBAN details.    Please contact us for further details.   
  • Please note that if payment is made by cheque, we will be unable to process your order until we have received cleared funds.   We will ship to any worldwide address if payment has been made by cheque or bank transfer.  
  • Please do not send cash.


We accept cancellations in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.  If you are a private customer and you wish to cancel your order, you may do so up to fourteen calendar days after receipt.  You must contact us, preferably by e-mail, to request a returns authorisation number (R.A.N.).    Please include the R.A.N. within the return package.   The returned goods must be complete and in unused condition.   On receipt we will refund the purchase price in full, but please note that we do not reimburse the return shipping/insurance costs.
