Our current owner has over 35 years experience in the field of manufactured tubular products. Our luggage racks are produced to the highest standards and are available at competitive prices as we sell direct at trade prices.
What do you mean by high standards?
We are referring to the use of top quality tube, hand brazed joints, polishing and finishing to BS quality and environmental standards.
Can I fit the luggage rack myself?
Yes the luggage rack can be installed by any competent person. It is the owners responsibility to ensure the rack is correctly fitted and safely loaded.
Will I need to drill the boot lid?
The permanent range of luggage racks will require the boot lid to be drilled when installing. However, the removable or semi permanent racks clamp directly onto the edges of the boot lid, and therefore no drilling will be required.
What if I need technical advice?
As we are the actual manufacturer of the luggage racks that we supply, we have an experienced in house technical team who are available online, and who will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have or to discuss any technicalities with you. We aim to respond to emails within 2 UK business hours.
Can I place an order over the telephone?
We no longer accept orders over the telephone as it is more secure to conduct transactions online by either using Stripe (card payments), a direct bank transfer or Faster Payments in the UK.
How can I pay for my luggage rack?
We accept payments by credit or debit card using the Stripe system, and we will ship to an address that matches the cardholder's billing address.
We can also accept payments by direct bank transfer using BACS or "fast payments" in the UK, or by using our BIC and IBAN details overseas. We can also accept payment by a cheque drawn in Pounds Sterling.
We can now also accept instant payments made via the Paym system in the UK. Please contact us for our account and telephone number details.
Please note we will usually dispatch your luggage rack within 1 working day if payment is made via Stripe, Paym, or by "fast payment". Payments made by cheque will require a minimum clearance period of 3 working days before we can dispatch your luggage rack. Please do not send cash.
Will you ship to a different address to which the payment card is registered to?
When paying by card we can only ship to the registered cardholders address. If you would like the luggage rack to be delivered to a different address, you will need to pay by an alternative method such as a direct bank transfer (BACS or Faster Payments within the UK, or IBAN/SEPA in Europe).
How will I know when my luggage rack is going to be delivered?
We work closely with our carriers and we can usually tell you on which day the rack is going to be delivered.
We can also provide tracking details and an email or text alert if required.
Can I return the luggage rack should I change my mind?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us of your intention to return the rack. We suggest that you email us, we will then advise a returns authorisation number by return email. You will be expected to return the rack to us in 'as new' condition, with all the fittings. We will arrange a refund of the original purchase price plus the outgoing shipping. We do not refund the return shipping unless the rack is faulty. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2013.
