Semi Permanent Luggage Rack Ranges
Our Semi Permanent Ranges of car boot luggage racks (trunk luggage carriers) include the Classic Semi, the Sports Semi, the Vogue Semi, Classic Hex Semi, Sports Hex Semi and the economy UniCarrier. These are all fully removable luggage racks that are ideal for owners who do not want to drill their boot lid, or perhaps only need the use of a luggage rack very occasionally.
Semi permanent luggage racks are fixed to the boot lid using rubberised clamps that are attached to either side of the rack. On some models there is also the option of an additional rear central clamp to prevent back slip. The clamps are tightened, using threaded studs and locking nuts, forcing the suction pads to seal to the boot lid. No drilling is required when installing.
The fitting clamps are either polyester coated in satin black for durability, or made from mirror polished stainless steel, and they include rubber inserts to protect the paintwork from damage. The clamps are unique to each car so when ordering we will need to know the make, model and year of your car.
All of our luggage racks are supplied complete with marine grade stainless steel fixing hardware, rubber paint protectors and full fitting instructions.
The Classic Semi is best suited to cars with deep boot lids, and is now supplied with 4 side clips (except for some slimline and ultra slimline models).
The Vogue Semi
The Vogue Semi is suited to shallow boot lids or those with raised humps in the centre of the deck such as the BMW Z4. The Vogue is also useful for vehicles with a large aftermarket boot spoiler.
The Sports Semi is a good choice for modern convertibles and roadsters with either shallow boot lids or those fitted with boot lip spoilers. The Sports rack is available with either two or four side clamps.
The Classic Hex Semi
The Classic Hex Semi is a removable luggage rack mainly supplied for VW Beetle convertibles (A4 Platform).
The Tri-Sports luggage rack is fully removable and has a tapered load platform to blend with shaped deck lids.
The Sports Taper Semi
The Sports Taper Semi is a removable luggage rack for the Porsche Boxster (986. 987 and 981), Jaguar F Type, and other vehicles with a boot lid that tapers.
The Reduced Depth Classic Semi luggage rack combines a full size load platform with a tighter footprint. The rack is recommended to sit on a boot lid with reduced depth due to a spoiler.
The Unicarrier is a straightforward, functional and economically priced luggage rack that is suitable for many cars with parallel sided boot lids.
